- Which email service are you using? (e.g., Outlook.com, Gmail, business email via Microsoft 365)
- If you are using Microsoft account, are you using a personal Microsoft account (@outlook.com/hotmail.com) or a work account (@company.com)?
- Have you checked your Junk/Spam folder or any custom rules?
- Is this issue happening only with PayPal or with other senders too?
- Do you access your email through a desktop app, mobile app, or web browser?
- Have you confirmed that your mailbox isn’t full and that PayPal isn’t on your blocked senders list?

In the meantime, based on your description, here are some steps I recommend you try:
Step 1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: PayPal emails sometimes get flagged as spam. Look in Junk, Spam, or Other folders and restore any legitimate messages
Step 2. Add PayPal to Safe Senders: Add @paypal.com to your Safe Sender List in Outlook or your email settings. This prevents filtering or blocking. For reference: Add recipients to the Safe Senders List in Outlook
Step 3. Review Email Rules and Filters: Check if any rules are moving PayPal emails to other folders or deleting them. In Outlook, go to Settings > Mail > Rules and disable anything suspicious
Step 4. Check Blocked Senders & Mailbox Storage: Ensure PayPal isn’t on your Blocked Senders list and confirm your mailbox isn’t full. A full mailbox will reject new emails. For reference: Block or unblock senders in Outlook
