Hello @Quality Personal Care Inc,
Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!
Although this issue is typically outside the scope of my usual support responsibilities, I’ve taken the time to research it and would like to share what I found to help you move forward.
Based on the information you provided and my research, it’s very likely that your tenant still has an active partnership with GoDaddy, and your domain may still be in a Federated state (linked for authentication through GoDaddy).
Do you still have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
If yes, could you please go to Settings => Partner relationships and take a screenshot of that section for me?

Additionally, as I mentioned before, it’s very likely your domain is still Federated with GoDaddy.
To resolve this, I recommend reviewing the article: Defederating GoDaddy 365
It provides a clear, step-by-step guide for removing the federation and regaining full control of your tenant.

Please make sure that you completely understand the risk before retrieving any suggestions from the above link.
Note:
1.The process involves using PowerShell with Microsoft Graph, so please follow the instructions carefully.
2.After defederating the domain, you’ll need to:
- Reset user passwords (because authentication will switch from GoDaddy to Microsoft).
- Remove GoDaddy from Partner relationships in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Optionally, delete the Partner Center Web App in Entra ID to ensure no residual access.
I also found a similar case discussed in the Microsoft Community Hub: Need assistance: Unable to Remove GoDaddy as Partner/Reseller and Unfederate the Domain actus.law |…
In that thread, contributors confirmed that using PowerShell to force unfederation was the solution.
Additionally, I really need to confirm whether you’ve actually received support from a real support agent, so to support you better, please provide me more detail:
1.Have you received a case number from Microsoft Support (either from a phone call or an online request)?
2.I understand you mentioned being redirected to GoDaddy and that they “won’t help.” Have you actually contacted GoDaddy support, and if so, what was their response?
Although this forum has limitations in terms of available tools and testing environments, I still want to assist you to the best of my ability. I hope the information I’ve shared helps you better understand the issue and gives you a clear path forward.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
