There is no native Microsoft 365 feature to automatically insert a disclaimer inside the calendar event body for all invites. The closest automated solution is via Exchange transport rules for email notifications or Teams privacy statement for meeting join experience.

I wants to show a disclaimer in all her calendar/meeting invitations. I understand there is a functionality to do this from Admin console. Can you please advise on possible solutions. Thank you.

Learn moreTo add a disclaimer to all calendar or meeting invitations in Microsoft Teams, you can customize the meeting invitations through the Teams admin center. Here are the steps to do this:
- Navigate to the Teams admin center.
- In the left navigation, expand Meetings > Meeting settings.
- Under Email invitation, you can add a disclaimer in the footer section.
- Enter the text that you want to include as a footer, which can serve as your disclaimer.
- Select Preview invite to see a preview of your meeting invitation with the disclaimer included.
- When you're done, select Save to apply the changes.
- Wait for about an hour for the changes to propagate before scheduling a Teams meeting to see the updated invitation.
This will ensure that the disclaimer appears in all meeting invitations sent out from Teams.
