I wants to show a disclaimer in all her calendar/meeting invitations. I understand there is a functionality to do this from Admin console. Can you please advise on possible solutions. Thank you.

There is no native Microsoft 365 feature to automatically insert a disclaimer inside the calendar event body for all invites. The closest automated solution is via Exchange transport rules for email notifications or Teams privacy statement for meeting join experience.

To add a disclaimer to all calendar or meeting invitations in Microsoft Teams, you can customize the meeting invitations through the Teams admin center. Here are the steps to do this:

    1. Navigate to the Teams admin center.
    2. In the left navigation, expand Meetings > Meeting settings.
    3. Under Email invitation, you can add a disclaimer in the footer section.
    4. Enter the text that you want to include as a footer, which can serve as your disclaimer.
    5. Select Preview invite to see a preview of your meeting invitation with the disclaimer included.
    6. When you're done, select Save to apply the changes.
    7. Wait for about an hour for the changes to propagate before scheduling a Teams meeting to see the updated invitation.

This will ensure that the disclaimer appears in all meeting invitations sent out from Teams.
