Lost access to my authenticator and I've locked myself out of my B2C Tenant

I've lost my phone, even though I have a backup Microsoft's authenticator requires to sign in again which requires the authenticator code from my lost phone.

I have access to my Azure portal but I don't have access to my Azure B2C Tenants, and no other user has Global Admin role there.

How can I ask Microsoft to reset my 2FA?

If you've lost access to your authenticator app and are locked out of your Azure B2C tenant, you will need to have your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings reset. Since you mentioned that no other user has a Global Admin role in your Azure B2C tenant, you will likely need to contact Microsoft support for assistance.

Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: You can reach out to Microsoft support through the Azure support page. Since you have access to the Azure portal, you can create a support ticket without signing in to the B2C tenant.
    2. Provide Necessary Information: When you contact support, be prepared to provide details about your situation, including your Azure subscription information and the fact that you have lost access to the authenticator app.
    3. Follow Their Instructions: Microsoft support will guide you through the process of resetting your MFA settings and regaining access to your B2C tenant.

If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, you can also refer to the Azure community support for more help.
