SSAS HideBlankMembers NULL vs "" - 2019 vs 2022

I want to create a tabular model with a ragged hierarchy. On the hierarchy I have the HideMembers
attribute set to HideBlankMembers. On SSAS 2019, the ragged hierarchy works for me with an empty string "". On SSAS 2022, it only works with a NULL value. Is it a bug in version 2022, that it is not working with empty string ""? Or should NULL be used correctly and the "bug" is that the empty string works on version 2019?

Thank you for reply.

    Hi @Vančová Jana | K2,

It is not a bug in SSAS 2022. You should use NULL, not empty string, for ragged hierarchies with HideBlankMembers.

    Thanks,
    Akhil.
