The date of birth on my account is wrong and it thinks I'm a 4 year old child, how can I change it.

The date of birth on my account is wrong and it thinks I'm a 4 year old child, how can I change it myself when I can prove that I am an adult. I have tried to change it myself but when I get into the account it is all greyed out preventing me from doing so.

    It my own laptop and I cannot contact the User Administrator as there isn't one. I need Microsoft to change it on my behalf.
