You are the most ridiculous company can’t get to any useful links to get my money back you think you just turn off a service and no money back well you are wrong

I want my dial or the credit I have

I purchased Skype Credit to make phone calls. Skype was discontinued and the service I paid for is no longer available.

I was not given an equivalent replacement service, and Microsoft Teams does not allow me to use my credit unless I purchase an additional product.

I am requesting a refund for unused Skype Credit under consumer rights, since the service I paid for is no longer accessible.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately Skype credit is not refundable.

    But if you have active remaining Skype credit, this is how you use it:

    Via the Skype Web Portal: https://calling.web.skype.com (Web portal will stay after Skype app goes away).

    Or

    1. A Skype Dial Pad will be added to Teams app. When you click on the dial pad, it will launch the Skype web portal for you. The calls will not be operated from within Teams. On your computer, click on the three dots on the upper right to find it, on phones, click on your user profile icon to find it.

    =========

    Once your credits run out, you will need Teams business license + Teams phone with calling plan in order to call phone number domestic or international.
