chats not loading anymore
Hi,
ive got following problem with teams version 25306.804.4102.7193:
whatever i did couldnt fix this issue:
restarted teams
restarted windows 11
signing off, exited teams and did
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft>rename teams teams_broken
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft>cd ..
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local>cd ..
C:\Users\%username%\AppData>cd Roaming
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming>cd microsoft
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft>cd teams
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams>cd ..
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft>rename teams teams_broken
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft>
nothing helped so far
before doing more drastic measures i would appreciate advice

- Have you tried using Microsoft Teams on the web? Does the problem persist there?
- Does the issue occur on a different device?
How did you restart Microsoft Teams? Was it the same as the following process?
- Select Apps > Installed apps, and then type Microsoft Teams in the search box.
- Locate the New Microsoft Teams app from the results, select the More options button (...) on the right, and then select Advanced options.
- In the Reset section, select Reset.
- Restart Teams.
