How to verify why my Microsoft 365 E5 subscription isn’t activating correctly

I’m trying to figure out how to properly activate my Microsoft 365 E5 subscription, but the tenant still shows limited functionality even though the subscription status appears as “Active.” Some features like Azure AD Premium P2, Defender for Office 365, and compliance capabilities aren’t showing up in the Admin Center.

How can I correctly validate whether my E5 subscription is fully provisioned.

    Hi Adalyn Howard

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum and sharing your experience.

If your Microsoft 365 E5 subscription shows as “Active” but certain features aren’t appearing, you may consider these suggestions:

    • This is typically due to the evaluation cycle. Start by clearing your browser cache and allow time for the dashboard to refresh, as updates may not appear immediately.
    • If you have confirmed that you meet the eligibility criteria, but certain features are still unavailable, the recommended step is to contact Microsoft Developer Support through the Services Hub. Please note that access requires a paid support ticket and is subject to specific conditions. Before submitting a ticket, review the official guidance in the: Services Hub sign in FAQs | Microsoft Learn.

Please let me know how you get on, as your feedback is valuable to the community.
