How do i find VPN setting on Windows 11

i keep being rejected from accessing peoples websites. i have been told it is my VPN, what is this and how do i correct this issue?

I was previously able to access these sites?

    Hi ,

    VPN, or Private Network Access System, is a way to connect to a private network, allowing access via VPN to IP addresses in different countries, or to access company networks, and so on.

    It can generally be an application or configured manually in Windows.

    Do you have a VPN application installed on your computer? You can check in the Start menu.

    Are you getting any browser errors on the websites you're trying to access?

    Can you access it from your smartphone or another computer at home?
