Hi there, we have tried raising a support ticket via https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/ for our additional credits, but have not heard back from them. Could you please guide us on whom to contact for this?

To inquire about additional credits, you can contact support through the Microsoft for Startups Portal. If you have already raised a support ticket and have not received a response, it may be helpful to follow up or check the support section of the portal for further assistance. You can also consider reaching out directly to your Microsoft contact if you have one, as they may provide more immediate support.

    Hi Roee Ninyo,

Thanks for posting question in Microsoft Q&A forum.

If you’ve already submitted a support ticket through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub portal and haven’t received a response, here are the next steps:

    1. Verify Checklist Completion Make sure all tasks in your verification checklist are complete. This is required to be eligible for additional credits.
    2. Credit Extension Process
      • For offers of $25,000 or more, your account will be automatically reviewed about 45 days before expiration based on engagement and checklist completion. Additional credits may be granted if approved.
      • For offers of $5,000 or less, you can submit a request for more credits once your checklist is complete.
    3. Follow up via the existing ticket Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal and click the “?” icon in the top-right corner → “Submit a Support Ticket”.
    4. If you’ve already submitted a ticket and received no response, reply directly within the ticket (or reopen it) to request an update or escalate the matter.

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.
