If you’ve already submitted a support ticket through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub portal and haven’t received a response, here are the next steps:
- Verify Checklist Completion Make sure all tasks in your verification checklist are complete. This is required to be eligible for additional credits.
- Credit Extension Process
- For offers of $25,000 or more, your account will be automatically reviewed about 45 days before expiration based on engagement and checklist completion. Additional credits may be granted if approved.
- For offers of $5,000 or less, you can submit a request for more credits once your checklist is complete.
- Follow up via the existing ticket Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal and click the “?” icon in the top-right corner → “Submit a Support Ticket”.
- If you’ve already submitted a ticket and received no response, reply directly within the ticket (or reopen it) to request an update or escalate the matter.
