A light rant and I'll move on. I hate it when MS suggests something that sounds good and it messes things up royally. Somehow using Clipchamp or something, I can't tell you specifically, suggested I merge all my MS accounts or Clipchamp or something??!? I don't know what now. It seemed like what I thought it meant was good. Well now I log into Clipchamp it is on Loading Projects and never ends. I've used various passwords from the recent past and none are accepted. Now I can't get to my projects and I need to. The only thing I haven't tried is log in with a link but I don't want to have to do that every time. And I don't even know if that will work. Having said that in the drop downs here for selections what would I choose for the 1st Select a tag? There's nothing there that applies to MS apps such as Clipchamp? Only thing I could see was Edge>Website Issues>Windows 10

thank you

    Hi Jack,

Thank you for sharing your question. Thanks for sharing your story. I get how annoying it is when a suggestion that's supposed to help just makes things worse, especially when you can't get to your stuff. If Clipchamp is stuck loading and won't take your password, it usually means there's something messed up with your account or how you log in. This can occur when you merge accounts or change your login settings.

Based on my knowledge Clipchamp needs your Microsoft account to know it's you. If you've mixed up or switched accounts, it might not know your login info.

Old login info or cookies saved in your browser can also cause that endless Loading Projects thing.

    Here's how to fix it

If you're using Clipchamp in a browser, clear out your browser's cache and cookies. Then, try logging in again at clipchamp.com.

Double-check which Microsoft account your projects are linked to. If you put accounts together, Clipchamp might only show projects from the first account.

log in with the Microsoft account you use for your subscription or have used with Clipchamp before. Make sure you use the whole email address and the password you currently use.

Try using a private window or a different browser to make sure it's not just old login stuff messing things up.

I hope this answer is helpful, if you have any questions, feel free to reply.

    Best Regards,

    Noel

It sounds like you're experiencing issues accessing your Clipchamp projects after some changes suggested by Microsoft. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause loading issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try logging into Clipchamp again.
    2. Try a Different Browser: If you're using Microsoft Edge, try accessing Clipchamp using another browser like Chrome or Firefox to see if the issue persists.
    3. Check Microsoft Account Status: Ensure that your Microsoft account is functioning properly. You can try logging into other Microsoft services to confirm.
    4. Use the Clipchamp Homepage: You can access Clipchamp directly through its homepage to see if that resolves the loading issue. Here are the links depending on your environment:
    5. Password Reset: If you suspect that your password might be the issue, consider resetting it through the Microsoft account recovery options.
    6. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, it may be best to contact Microsoft support for assistance with your account and Clipchamp access.

Regarding the tag selection for your issue, since there isn't a specific tag for Clipchamp, you might want to choose the closest relevant option, such as "Website Issues" under Microsoft Edge.

I hope this helps you regain access to your projects!

I can get in with a PIN. But it's just hanging on Loading Projects. The same creds I use to come here are the same creds I use for MS Clipchamp?
