Hello dear professional IT advisor of Microsoft. I am Happy for my chance to contact with you. actually I am living in my home in Iran right now and I am getting disappointed by my country sanctions and limitations. The limitations that doesn't harm Mollas. but sanctions really make problems for me. sorry for my long speech. dear advisor I saw this problem with my Microsoft account before. but I don't know what is the problem. I thought that probably it is a problem related to my place, Iran. actually I was student of PhD of computer science in Armenia. but because of my financial problems I left Armenia and now I am living in my home country Iran. I am not a member of Iranian government and I hate them. please describe me what is exact problem with my Microsoft account and if it is related to my country, please inform me and I will go to Armenia for my Microsoft account related issues. many thanks in Advance and have nice time. sorry I forgot to ask you about an issue. I am right now trying to program a software and later I want to create a device driver for my software for its security. please guide me how can I obtain kernel SDK via my visual studio and also how can I submit my kernel drivers to Microsoft for signing.
