Unreasonably banned

I was just banned for spamming my friend with a non offensive nor inappropriate message. He began to spam me first but as soon as I spammed him back as a joke, I received a 2 day suspension. I've tried to get in contact with a real support agent but I keep getting sent to the ai assistant and I cant get in contact with one of the real support agents. Is there an email or phone number I can reach out to or can I be put into communication with a real person in order to resolve and appeal this unnecessary ban?
