Description: I am currently locked out of an old Azure subscription that contains important resources, including a Storage Account that I urgently need to move to my new active, paid subscription. The old subscription cannot be reactivated through the Azure portal, and I receive a message stating that reactivation is not possible. Because the subscription is disabled, I cannot access, move, or export the data.

I have already opened a support request, but I have not received a response. The subscription appears to be approaching the point where the resources will be permanently deleted, and I need assistance before that happens to avoid irreversible data loss.

I am requesting one of the following actions:

A temporary reactivation or unlock of the disabled subscription so I can access the Storage Account and migrate the data to my active subscription.

A support-driven data extraction, resource unlock, or temporary access window so I can copy the data (e.g., via AzCopy or portal).

Any alternative method that allows me to retrieve or migrate the Storage Account data before the subscription is fully deleted.

This is time-sensitive because once the subscription reaches the final deletion state, the data will be permanently lost. I would greatly appreciate an expedited response or escalation.

Please let me know what information you need from me to proceed (subscription ID, resource ID, etc.). Thank you.

    Hello Matthew McNaul,

We have enabled the subscription so that you can perform the data migration. Please also ensure to make the payment since the subscription was disabled due to payment due.
