Looking for fix to enhance an endless buffering issue with Microsoft Surface Pro , Snapdragon X, model from March 2025. "Finnicky" is the word I would describe as the spinning circle is blue, red, yellow, orange, etc.

I have a Lenovo lap top 2025 and do not experience this issue.

Same internet for both devices. What am I missing?

To address the buffering issue you're experiencing with your Microsoft Surface Pro (Snapdragon X), here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your Surface Pro is running the latest version of Windows and that all drivers are up to date. This can help resolve compatibility issues with streaming services like YouTube TV.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: If you're using a web browser to access YouTube TV, clearing the cache and cookies can help improve performance. This can often resolve issues related to loading and buffering.
    3. Adjust Streaming Quality: If possible, lower the streaming quality in YouTube TV settings. This can help reduce buffering, especially if your internet connection is stable but not very fast.
    4. Disable VPN or Proxy: If you're using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it, as these can sometimes interfere with streaming services.
    5. Network Settings: Since both devices are on the same network, check your network settings. Ensure that your Surface Pro is not limited by any bandwidth restrictions or quality of service settings.
    6. Test Different Browsers or Apps: If you're using a browser, try a different one or use the YouTube TV app if available. This can help determine if the issue is browser-related.
    7. Restart Your Device and Router: Sometimes, simply restarting your Surface Pro and your router can resolve connectivity issues.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, it may be worth checking with Microsoft support for further assistance, as there could be specific issues related to the Snapdragon X processor and its compatibility with certain applications.
