Refund request help. Support denied bc different vemdor.but record showes purchase from.micorosoft. need help for refund.

Microsoft Support says the purchase im requesting a refund for was made through Google play using oogle pay, so they are not responsible for issuing a refund, but my Google pay transaction information shows "purchased from Mrosoft corporation" is that just indicating where Google play acquired the product from im confused and desperately need a refund. Please help.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

That may very well be the issue and you should try getting in touch with with Google Support just in case. In the meantime though if you received an email for the denial then you can reply to that email with any questions or concerns that you have. If you have not yet seen that email then please double check the junk/spam folder to see if it's there.
