Using Skype Dial Pad on Android Teams app

I can make Skype Dial Pad calls through Teams on my Windows 11 laptop, but when I try to do this on my Android phone, I get the error message "You don't have any active pad products right now. Please check your account or try Teams for free chat and calls." When I click "Access your account," I sign in and then get a black screen with a blue bar that reads "about: blank" at the bottom.

I have about $7 in old Skype credit. To use the remainder of my credit, will I need to use my laptop, or is there a way to have the Teams app on my Android phone access it?

    Hello

You should be able to use it on your Android as well.

On your phone, launch the web browser in incognito mode, then go to the dial pad address directly:

Make sure you sign in with the same account that carries the credit, then see if it works.
