Recover Global Admin Microsoft account with lost MFA account

I am currently unable to log in to azure portal due to issues with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Here are the details:

Issue: I am able to login to Microsoft but Login attempt for portal prompt for MFA prompt., but i never get the MFA number on my authenticator app.
MFA Method: Authenticator app
Error Message: [Error Code: 50089

@Raja Pothuraju Hi Raja Please help with my directory MFA is not prompting me to get into azure, however i am able to sing in successfully to microsoft.com
