To remove a saved password in Microsoft Edge, you can follow these steps:
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click on the three dots (menu) in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the left sidebar, click on Privacy, search, and services.
- Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section and click on Choose what to clear.
- Make sure to select Passwords along with any other data you wish to clear.
- Click on Clear now to remove the saved passwords.
If you want to specifically delete a saved password for a particular site:
- Go to Settings again.
- Click on Profiles and then Passwords.
- Here, you will see a list of saved passwords. Find the password you want to delete and click on the three dots next to it.
- Select Delete to remove the saved password.
This will allow you to create a new password for that site without the old one interfering.
