How do I prevent all information received by me to not be stored in the cloud. It uses to much of the cloud space and then I am being asked to get more storage room

    What kind of messages you mean? Emails? If that’s the case, your Email/OneDrive storage is shared, while the emails are available in your inbox is not possible to avoid the use of OneDrive storage capacity.
