Hello,
There's nothing you can do. All permission control is on their end. Have them download the recording and share with you, make sure they use the option "anyone with the link".

I have a personal Teams account. I know I cannot access Teams through a business account but some of the recorded training sessions from my business vendors are housed on their Sharepoint sites. I can never access them because they only ever have my business email listed. Is there is a way around this so I can access the recordings? Or do I always have to ask them to add my personal email?

Hello !
The AI answer is mostly correct : you can ask them to add you as a guest on their SharePoint site / Microsoft 365 tenant, but if this option is disabled, they should be able to only share the recording in Microsoft Stream. I know this is not ideal, but you should be able to see the recording every time once it's done.
Please let me know if you have any other question !
If you have a personal Teams account, you will not be able to access resources that are tied to your business account, including recordings housed on SharePoint sites that are accessible only through your business email. Unfortunately, there is no workaround to access those recordings without having your business email added to the SharePoint permissions. You will need to ask the vendors to add your personal email to their SharePoint site to gain access to the recordings.
