somehow my screen was enlarged and I can't get it back to normal. HELP

To resolve the issue of your screen being enlarged and everything appearing giant, you can try the following steps:

1. Adjust Display Settings: Right-click on your desktop and select Display settings. Look for the Scale and layout section and set the scaling to 100%.
2. Change Resolution: In the same Display settings menu, check the Display resolution and ensure it is set to the recommended resolution for your display.
3. Text Scaling: If you are using Windows, you can adjust the text size by going to Settings -> Ease of Access -> Display and using the Make text bigger slider to set it back to 100%.
4. Zoom Settings in Applications: If the issue is specific to an application like Outlook, check if you accidentally zoomed in. You can usually reset zoom by pressing Ctrl + 0 (zero) or adjusting the zoom settings in the application's view menu.

1. Reset Zoom in Reading Pane 
   • In New Outlook, select View > Zoom. 
   • Use + or - to adjust between 50%–200%. 
   • Click Reset to return to default size. 
   • If Zoom is greyed out, select a message in the Reading Pane first.

2. Adjust Text Size and Layout 
   • Go to View > View Settings. 
   • Under Mail > Layout, choose Text size and spacing. 
   • Select Small, Medium, or Large as needed. 
   • Click Save to apply changes.

3. Customize the Outlook Window 
   • Minimize or expand the ribbon to create more space. 
   • Hide or show the sidebar from the View menu. 
   • Adjust column sizes and reading pane position for better fit.

   • At the top, select Settings > Mail > Layout. 
   • Under Reading Pane, choose Right, Bottom, or Fill screen.
