Hi,

I have a computer that I bought at the beginning of high school and I have now graduated. The computer still contained all of my school information and had the tech login and I wanted a fresh start for my computer. I reset the computer using local reset without realising I needed the tech support password to log back in. I am unable to get into my reset computer and don't know what to do. I was have installed the windows 11 on a USB but don't know what to do from there or if that was even needed.

Have you already created a bootable Windows 11 USB on a flash drive using the official Media Creation Tool?

If so, you need to boot your PC from that to begin clean installing Windows, the method to boot from a USB varies from PC to PC, what is the make (Dell, Asus, Lenovo... etc.) of the PC you want to re-install Windows 11 onto?
