Why am I unable to open the game Mahjong? Everything has been downloaded properly.

The tags don’t seem to suit the problem.
i have succesfully logged into MS Solitaire but when I try to play the daily challenges it says “download error” and asks me to check my internet connection. There is clearly nothing wrong with my internet connection or I wouldn’t be here typing this.
is there an issue with MS own servers?
