To unblock a Windows Server 2019 license, you may need to reactivate the license server. Here are the steps to do so:
- Open the Licensing Terminal Services window.
- In the console tree, right-click the license server that you want to reactivate, point to Advanced, and then click Reactivate Server.
- After the Licensing Wizard starts, confirm that your name, phone number (optional), and email address are correct, then click Next.
- Select the reason for reactivating the server and click Finish. Your request to reactivate the license server will be sent to Microsoft for processing.
If the license server certificate has expired or is corrupted, you may need to deactivate it first and then reactivate it. Follow the same steps as above for deactivation, and then proceed with the reactivation steps.
