- Confirm your licensing and capacity model: Review the quotas and limits for the plan you are using and compare it against your recent usage. If you have reached the limits, consider purchasing additional capacity packs or switching to a pay-as-you-go billing plan.
- Wait for a reset: Sometimes, the limits reset after a certain period, so waiting a few minutes may allow you to use the agent again.
- Contact Microsoft Support: If the problem persists, you can reach out to Microsoft Support to request assistance or a rate-limit increase, although this is subject to review and approval based on your eligibility and current licensing.
