Hello @Saurabh Gada
Welcome to the Q&A Community!
Thank you for reaching out regarding your Microsoft Modern USB‑C Speaker not working with Teams on your virtual desktop.
To ensure that your audio device is properly recognized in the virtual desktop environment, may I know if you have followed the below steps?
Verify Permissions on the Local Machine
Open the Windows Settings on your physical device and confirm that the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) client has permission to access audio devices, including the microphone and speakers. This configuration is essential because it allows audio redirection from the local device to the virtual session.
Check Permissions Inside the Virtual Desktop
Within the virtual desktop session, verify that Microsoft Teams has permission to access audio devices. This can be confirmed in the Teams settings under the Devices section. If Teams does not have the required permissions, the speaker will not function correctly.
If either of these permissions is missing, Microsoft Teams will not recognize the audio device in the virtual environment.

In case the USB-C speaker is not officially supported and certified for use in virtual desktop environments, please consider submitting feedback to Microsoft through the Feedback Portal.
I appreciate your understanding and kindness. Kindly let me know if you need further assistance.
