How do I speak to a human being about my problem

i have just purchased Microsoft 365 and I don’t think all my files are being uploaded to the cloud ,being backed up in other words

imwant Microsoft to check this . I am sure the community can’t but I’m being taken round in circles by Microsoft probably hoping I’ll give up
