special characters on keyboard not functioning

again same issue occurred with my physical usb keyboard as i mentioned in my previous communication. but today around 11:30Am the special characters on this same keyboard started functioning . but at night time again same issue has been encountered. even i am equally clueless what is going wrong and what will be the exact solution. This keyboard is not a corrupted or malfunctioned so that i opt for a new one. i want to seek relevant team's support and cooperation to bail me out from this kind of hazardous situation..

    Open Command Prompt, then paste in this command and press Enter:

    msdt.exe -id KeyboardDiagnostic

    Run that Keyboard Troubleshooter to see if that can solve the problem.

    If that does not resolve this for you

    Open Device Manager

    Expand the Keyboards section

    Right click your keyboard and choose 'Uninstall'

    Then restart your PC and check if the keyboard is functioning correctly.
