Why did I have a sound card yesterday but none today

Can someone explain this? I use my media players (Musicbee, Winamp and Windows Media Player) alot, I am currently losing business at the moment with a problem I am experiencing with my sound, as I have none. External speakers nor my headphones (all new) can hear sound. One day I was downloading music which I do everyday (paid) and listening to YouTube and my music playlist, with no problems and later that day, nothing. Click on a song in WMP you get the red x and Musicbee will tell you that you don't have a sound card, Winamp will just shut off. My desktop is not even a year old.

Here is the stats on my computer: ASUS ExpertCenter D5 Mini Tower (D500MD)

Windows 11 Home 64- bit

Firmware: Release Date 4/23/2025 | Version D500MD.327

Processor: 12th Gen Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-12400

Graphics Card: Intel (R) UHD Graphics 730

Wireless Card" MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MY7921 Wireless LAn card

Storage: SSD/EMMC 1 476 GB, INTEL SSDPEKNU512GZ

Memory: Total 12 GB

I have tried every options given by support teams and such and nobody can help me fix it. What now?
