I am unable to balance audio for headphones

Hello I am unable to balance out the audio on my headphones. (1 side very loud the other very quiet).

I went on speaker properties following a guide but where the balance option should be nothing was there

Thanks for reporting this. First, does the same audio imbalance happen when you use the headphones on another device?

Windows normally shows the left and right balance under Settings, System, Sound, then Device properties, so if the option is missing, I recommend updating or reinstalling the audio driver through Windows Update or the device manufacturer. Once the driver refreshes, check the Levels tab again. If the balance still does not appear, test a different audio port or try another headset to confirm if the issue is hardware related. Let me know what model of headphones and connection type you use.

I use Bluetooth as a connection device, and my headphones are the Razer Barracuda X. my audio drivers are up to date yet the balance audio section is not there. However I checked with another device and it seems to be an issue with the headphones as Only 1 side worked.

Ok ive seem to fix the issue with the headphones as it works on other devices but the balance option still is not there on windows.
