If your Surface Pro 11 is stuck at the Windows logo, it may require troubleshooting or repair. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Perform a Hard Reset: Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the device turns off, then turn it back on.
    2. Boot into Recovery Mode: If the hard reset doesn't work, try booting into recovery mode by pressing and holding the volume-up button while pressing the power button.
    3. Check for Hardware Issues: If the device still does not boot, it might be a hardware issue, and you may need to seek repair services.

To find a repair center, you can use the following options:

    • Surface Support Portal: If you have a Microsoft 365 Business account, you can create a service request through the Surface Support Portal.
    • Surface Management Portal: For commercial customers managing devices via Microsoft Intune, you can create a service request through the Surface Management Portal.
    • Authorized Service Providers: You can also look for Microsoft Authorized Service Providers that offer repair services for Surface devices. They may provide onsite or depot repair options depending on your location.

Make sure to check the warranty status of your device, as it may affect the repair options available to you.

Hello matthew omana, welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Is your Surface Pro 11 still within one year of purchase? Surface Pro 11 is the newest generation, so if you purchased it new, it is likely still within the standard one-year warranty. If yes, you can start a repair request here: How to get service or repair for Surface.

Microsoft also offers in-person support center in some countries. You can check locations here: Service centers for in-person support.
