Intune SCEP for wi-fi authentication

A Wi-Fi profile has been configured to authenticate devices using a SCEP certificate issued by DigiCert, both Wi-Fi and SCEP certificate profile were deployed successfully to IOS/iPad, windows, and MacOS devices. The SCEP profile reported deployment failure on android devices with no error code/clear cause. The trust root and intermediate CAs were deployed to all devices successfully to establish trust between the devices and the CA. 

i require assistance to investigate the root cause of the massive failure to deploy the SCEP cert profile, assist in finding out what exactly is preventing android devices from receiving the SCEP certificate.
