Hello!

Five days ago, my original PC motherboard failed and I had to replace it. After that, Windows 10 Home stopped recognizing my digital license as valid. I get an error (0x803fa067) when trying to reactivate Windows.

My digital license was purchased from one of your retailers in Ukraine along with a boxed version of Windows 8.1 back in 2013. I upgraded to Windows 10 as soon as you released it in 2015. Since then, I've changed the computer my Windows 10 is installed on a couple of times, each time using only one PC for my operating system. And now, after replacing the motherboard, the system suddenly refuses to recognize my license as valid. Why is it no longer valid? What should I do?

A screenshot of a system check using the slmgr /dlv command is attached.

If your Windows licence is based on a free upgrade from a Windows 8.1 licence, that is causing the activation problem, Microsoft changed the licencing rules over a year ago, and after they made that change, it is no longer possible to activate Windows 10 or 11 with a licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence they indicate the free upgrade dies with the original motherboard.
