Power Automate Approval Flow

In Power Automate, the approval notifications typically display the creator's name as the sender. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to change the sender's name in the approval notifications to reflect the approver's name instead of the creator's name. The notifications are designed to show that the request was initiated by the creator of the flow, which is a standard behavior in Power Automate.

However, you can customize the message content in the approval request to clarify who the approver is or to provide additional context. This can be done by modifying the approval message in the flow to include relevant details about the approver or the approval process.

If you need more advanced customization, you might consider using a combination of Power Automate and Microsoft Teams messaging features to send a separate message that includes the approver's details after the approval has been made. This way, you can control the message content and how it appears in Teams, but it won't change the original notification sender's name.
