Error with MDM user license - server error code 80180018

Hello, one of our users is trying to register a new computer and this message comes over and over. Did anyone find a fix around this issue?

    This is an Intune enrollment failure that means the user isn’t eligible for MDM enrollment according to tenant settings or licensing.

    To resolve check below steps:

    1. Confirm that the user has one of these Intune‑eligible SKUs:
      • Microsoft Intune Plan 1 or Plan 2
      • Or bundles that include Intune (e.g., Microsoft 365 E3/E5, Enterprise Mobility + Security E3/E5)
    2. Enable automatic MDM enrollment for the user : Intune Admin Center → Devices → Enroll devices → Automatic enrollment
