How to download CertPurge?

Hello
I need to download the CertPurge:

But I get AuthorizationFailure error, how to get it?

    The CertPurge download link points to an old storage location that has been retired. Unfortunately, this means the file is no longer hosted by Microsoft and is not available for download.

    You could try to download CertPurge from the link Castorix31 provided: https://web.archive.org/web/20190419101032/https://msdnshared.blob.core.windows.net/media/2018/03/CertPurge-Script.zip.
