Help Needed: Unable to qualify for Microsoft 365 Developer Sandbox

Hello Microsoft 365 Developer Program Team,

I recently joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program and linked my active GitHub account (with multiple repositories, commits, and a fork of Microsoft open-source projects). However, my dashboard still shows this message:

“You don't currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription.”

I have completed all the required GitHub activities and updated all account preferences. Could you please review my account and enable the E5 Developer Sandbox for development and testing purposes?

Thank you for your support.

It seems that you are experiencing an issue qualifying for the Microsoft 365 Developer Sandbox despite linking your GitHub account. Here are a few points to consider:

    1. Eligibility Requirements: Ensure that you meet all the eligibility requirements for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. This includes having an active GitHub account linked to your developer program account.
    2. GitHub Activities: While you mentioned that you have completed all required GitHub activities, it's important to confirm that these activities align with what is expected by the program. Sometimes, specific types of contributions or activities may be necessary.
    3. Account Review: If you believe you meet all the requirements and your account still does not qualify, it may be beneficial to reach out directly to Microsoft support for assistance. They can review your account and provide specific guidance on why you might not be qualifying.
    4. Subscription Activation: Remember that your Microsoft 365 E5 developer subscription is for development purposes only and can be revoked if used otherwise. Make sure you are using it in accordance with the program's terms.

If you continue to have issues, contacting support directly through the Microsoft 365 Developer Program dashboard may provide the quickest resolution.
