I’ve already filed a complaint, but somehow it disappeared but I’m being removed from Microsoft because I was trying to figure out who was hacking my phone my laptop. I haven’t been through three iPhones 2 iPhone 17 Pro in my laptop. I can’t do much with it but I finally figure out who the person is which I’ve been knew is my ex and she is in management and she has all these kind of apps that’s how I figured it out kinda and I would do my own research because I don’t do this coding stuff and once I figure it out after months of being monitored heard over the phone spoofed my locations be everywhere else, but where I be. I have zero privacy earlier today I was on TikTok and I heard a TV running through my phone, but I don’t got no TV in my room because all of my stuff in Mississippi I’m planning on moving back to Mississippi and I’m trying to avoid her being on my device while I’m there trying to corrupt my kin folks stuff she mad because she can obviously see that I don’t really care that we broke up therefore she’s fxxxxxx with me and when I did look at that report of what I did and the other stuff I’ve seen I can see y’all for I can see that Google hasn’t been bragging her cloud fair something like that has been like telling her or just showing that she’s doing corruptive things and she’s still on there and at the same how when she spots me on they’re doing it because once I got spotted doing it from her, it stopped quickly and then I got off of it quickly. I all let that happen. She’s been doing this and I’ve been to the police many times many times she’s on a restraining order and she’s still doing this to me. Her name is. [Moderator note: Personal information Removed] maybe you look at her history she’s been configuring and using my code see who’s been calling her and at the third as well she’s been [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed] phone calling you. She even did it right after the fact I was looking at her stuff, not like you look at my eyes, but just viewing the log she can actually here and see me. Y’all are doing nothing

    Hi butter ball,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I understand this is an incident that causes a lot of concern and inconvenience. To ensure the safety of your device and accounts, please follow these steps:

    1. Secure all accounts (preferably on a trusted device first)

    • Change passwords for your main accounts: Microsoft, Google, Apple, email…
      • Use strong passwords: at least 12 characters, combining uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not reuse old passwords.
    • Enable two-step verification (2FA) for all accounts.
      • Prefer authenticator apps (Microsoft Authenticator) over SMS where possible.
    • Review recent sign-ins / connected devices:
      • Microsoft: check Recent activity under Security.
      • Apple: appleid.apple.com > Devices.
    • If you see unfamiliar devices, sign out/revoke access and change your password immediately.
    • Revoke active sessions & app tokens: sign out from all devices and log back in after changing passwords.

    2. Clean restore the device (if you suspect interference)

    For iPhone:

    • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings.
    • After erasing, choose Set Up as New (fresh install), avoid restoring from old backups to reduce risk.
    • Update iOS to the latest version and enable 2FA for your Apple ID.

    For Windows laptop:

    • Run Microsoft Defender Offline scan (scan while offline) to remove deeply hidden malware.
    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC, select Remove everything.
    • If Cloud download is available, use it to get a clean installation from Microsoft.
    • After reset, update Windows/drivers and reinstall apps from trusted sources.

    3. Wi‑Fi and network devices

    • The file names you see in the Driver folder are standard Windows system files and are not a sign of hacking. Their presence is normal in the system.
