Hello.

i have current single user Microsoft 365 user account, which was on previous Asus laptop. that got damaged and the Microsoft 365 app was uninstalled before disposal. I have tried to install on my new Acer Aspire laptop, but Google and Microsoft instructions don't show the correct page once signed in.

Very annoying, wish app designers would keep it simple. In the manufacturing world we were always reminded "Every minute you waste is costing me money!!"

    Hi Tony Taylor,

Go to your 365 account online , there should be an install apps or office button depending on version, install the apps you need, once that is done open one like word, and activate your licence to that computer.

Install apps might be under your subscription page.

I have family and business 365, the picture is from family.

Thank you for the responses. I keep getting nothing that allows me to sign into my current paid subscription, every search i do wants to sell me this co-pilot garbage. I hate this AI that thinks it knows what I want to do, when 9 out of 10 it is not, and takes twice as many steps compared to before. time is money in the real world.

might just cancel my subscription and go to another brand.

these programmers/ coders forget one important phrase KISS, Keep it simple stupid. Over complicate things and no one will use it.

Thanks for the link. But I didn't want this cloud rubbish. People make things to complicated, which makes them unreliable. We don't all work in a city environment i.e out in the middle of Australia away from networks. I need it, like it used to be on my laptop only.

    Regards
