Based on your description, here’s what you need to know, your subscription is under a Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) account type. By design, admins can only cancel, within 7 days of purchase, or within 7 days after renewal.
Outside these windows, the cancellation option in the Admin Center will not appear.

To cancel immediately, please raise a support ticket with the Microsoft Billing Team and grant them permission to proceed. The billing agent will guide you through the next steps after the ticket is created.
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center
- Go to Help & Support > Contact Support
- Select Billing & Subscription and explain that you need immediate cancellation
