Hi Kossi Syed
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum and sharing your experience.
What you’re seeing may be a common scenario in Microsoft 365 where new or moved files in a Teams channel may not appear for all users right away, particularly when SharePoint libraries synced to OneDrive exceed 100GB.
You should first confirm if this delay affects all files in the library or only specific ones, and verify if the synchronization was configured via Intune.
Please ensure that all users have the correct permissions to view the files. For immediate troubleshooting, affected users should check their network connectivity, sign out and back in to reset their session, and clear the Teams desktop cache if the visibility issue persists: Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
If the problem continues, the issue is likely related to Automount. When libraries are auto-mounted via Intune or Group Policy, the initial sync can take up to 8 hours unless specific optimizations are applied. You can refer to the link below for detailed information: Automount | OneDrive Sync | Team Sites | Fix 8 hours delay
