An Azure service that provides access to OpenAI’s GPT-3 models with enterprise capabilities.
I urgently need to increase the OpenAI API token limits associated with our account. I am not getting responses to my ticket.

The TPM limits for our account are far too low for our development team to test what we would really run in production. As a result, development is stalled critically until our API limits can be increased for experiments. Specifically, the OpenAI API Tokens-per-minute (TPM) number(s). We need the TPM number(s) as high as possible.
We are locked into using OpenAI due to data privacy constraints about our data being stored within Azure. So this has to work to support our needs. Otherwise, we will be unable to use the service how we need, and our capabilities crippled.
