Change the owner of an Azure account and Billing details to new organisation based in Austria

The Azure tenancy and all resources, subscriptions and dev environments have been acquired by a new company based in Austria. They would like transfer the billing and pay from their Euro account. How can I change the name and address on the invoices and update the bank details, from a UK ltd company to an Austrian GmbH with an Austrian VAT number

    • As an EA admin, login to the Azure portal.
    • Navigate to Cost Management + Billing.
    • In the left sidebar, select Billing scopes, then select your billing account scope.
    • Click on Accounts.
    • Select the account you wish to transfer ownership from and click the ellipsis () to the right.
    • Choose Transfer subscriptions.
    • You'll follow the prompts to select the new destination account (the Austrian GmbH) and confirm the transfer.
