My app was removed due to compliance issues. Now that I have fixed the problem how do I re-enable my app

I had a problem with setting some website information for the new EU requirements and my app was removed. Now that I have made my business compliant there does not seem to be a place to re-activate my app. Will this happen automatically or do I need to contact a group to re-enable my app. Please note that I am unable to resubmit using the standard mechanism as it says that the app has been "removed from the store" so cannot be submitted or even edited.

    Hello Edward Moemeka,

I reviewed public documentation and community forums but did not find any reliable guidance or precedent for re-enabling an app after it was removed for compliance issues (for example, due to new EU website-information requirements).

I also found no verified instances of developers who had an app removed for compliance and then successfully reinstated it after fixing the issue. There does not appear to be any public statement from Microsoft confirming that compliance-removed apps are automatically restored once the issues are resolved.

Given this absence of public documentation or precedent, I cannot confidently assert that there is a standard path for re-enabling the app under these circumstances.

It would be advisable to submit a formal support request to Microsoft, providing your app ID, the date of removal, the compliance issue that was flagged, and evidence that the issue has been resolved (for example, updated website information or compliance documentation).

    Hope this helps!
