It sounds like you're experiencing a serious issue with your PC that could be related to either software or hardware. Given that you have already updated your drivers and Windows, here are some troubleshooting steps you can consider:

    1. Check for Hardware Issues: Since you suspect hardware problems, consider running hardware diagnostics provided by your system manufacturer. This can help identify any faulty components.
    2. Memory Diagnostics: Use the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool to check for memory errors. You can access this by searching for "Memory" in the Control Panel and selecting "Diagnose your computer's memory problems."
    3. Event Viewer: Check the Event Viewer for any critical errors that occurred around the time of the crashes. This could provide insight into whether a specific driver or hardware component is causing the issue.
    4. Graphics Card Issues: Since your GPU is an AMD, ensure that you are using the latest drivers from the AMD website. Sometimes, using the manufacturer’s drivers instead of Windows Update can resolve issues.
    5. Virus Scan: Run a virus detection program to rule out any malware that could be causing system instability.
    6. System Restore: If the issue started recently, consider using System Restore to revert your PC to a state before the problems began.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be worth consulting with a professional technician to further investigate potential hardware failures.

Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

Based on your inputs, it seems that there is a hardware-related issue with the PC. Moreover, can you please check the System logs on the PC so I can further examine the root cause of the issue?

To share the System logs, please follow the steps in the link below:

Press the Windows key + X, then select "Event Viewer"

Click the drop-down of "Windows logs"

Right-click System > click Filter Current logs > Check: Critical, Warning, and Error > Hit OK

On the right pane, click "Save Filtered Log File As..."

Save the System logs file to your desktop and share it by following the steps from the link:

Note: You can also use your preferred cloud storage to upload and share the logs.

Hi, thank you for patiently waiting. As per checking and analyzing the error, there are multiple rt640x64 errors on the PC, which a Reatek network driver errors and AMDRyzenMasterDriverV27, let us check the AMD error first:

Open Windows Registry (Press Windows key + R, then type in regedit then hit OK)

    Navigate:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\AMDRyzenMasterDriver

In the right pane, double-click ImagePath. In the Value data section, delete the “??\” before C:\Program Files (without the double quotes). Click OK and restart your PC.
