please help with a human! This is taking forever to understand a simple question. Nothing is obvious as to where the 'chat' support took or call center. too much info online.
I installed programs and now none open, says error. Perhaps due to a previous subscription? I need this fixed asap. Thank you.

If yes, did you try performing an Office Online Repair?
