Confirmed DNS record settings with provider. But a bounce back message says "DNS query failed(ServerFailure)"

Yet, I am receiving emails regularly from everyone except MSN or Hotmail accounts.

    Hi @Mike DeCesare | ProPhotoNorthwest

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A.

As your description, the response message “DNS query failed (ServerFailure)” in a bounce-back email typically indicates that Microsoft mail gateways were unable to resolve your domain’s DNS records (such as MX, A, AAAA, or reverse DNS) at the time they attempted delivery.

To better address your issue, could you provide additional information for the following question:

Just to clarify, could you confirm whether the business account receiving this response code is managed through Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, or another mail hosting service?

Did this behavior start after any recent changes, or did it occur unexpectedly?

I will be waiting for your response. If you need further assistance, please  let us know.
