Follow-up regarding support case 7092893549
I’m following up again because the previous response did not resolve my issue. I redeemed an Amazon Gift Card (₹1500) on 11/2/2025, which cost 22,424 points. The points were deducted immediately, but I never received any email with the gift card code or claim link.
It has now been over a month, far beyond the “up to 24 hours processing time” mentioned in your last reply. I have still not received the reward, and there is no confirmation email, no “resend email” option, and no “Order Again,” “Order Details,” or “Email Options” available. My entire order is greyed out in the Order History page, which prevents me from viewing, managing, cancelling, or reordering the item. Since the points are already deducted, I’m also unable to redeem anything else.
I also checked the Q&A forum, and they suggested this could be an account-level issue and advised contacting support directly. Considering the missing reward email, missing order management options, and deducted points, it’s clear something is wrong on the backend with my account or with the reward fulfillment.
Your previous email only repeated the standard 24-hour processing information, but it did not address the actual issue. It has been a month, and nothing has been delivered.
Please investigate this urgently and either:
Send the Amazon Gift Card (₹1500) email/code, or
Return the deducted 22,424 points to my account so I can redeem again.
